We align your desired budget with the plan you have in mind, making sure that the two match up or agreeing upon necessary changes if not. Consensus is key and it is at this point that we would enter into the pre-construction agreement.
We are flexible and can pivot towards what works for you. We work with pre-existing plans or we can help you design the home you want with a planner or an architect.
At this juncture, you will have your plan and budget all lined up, so the next stage will require tendering the deposit, obtaining necessary permits and scheduling the build.
This is the point when you will get to see all of your plans be gradually brought to life by our highly skilled team of tradespeople.
And now, it’s yours! We will hand your keys to you after having completed the build and having passed appropriate inspections- you can now enjoy your new space.
