We have been building custom homes for over 15 years.
Can you help me pick out the perfect homesite?
Yes. We can work together with you and your realtor to find the best property to build on.
After I move in, will you be able to fix anything if it stops working/breaks?
We will fix items that are covered under our new home warranty.
Are you insured?
We are fully insured.
How will we communicate during the custom home building process?
The majority of the communication will happen via our job management system. Of course we are always available to communicate via phone or in person.
Do you use contractors?
Yes. We have built long term relationships with the most highly qualified contractors that meet our high standards for quality and reliability.
How do you determine the cost of my custom-built home?
Determining the cost of a home varies greatly depending on the size and the types of finishes. Once the home design is done we will gather pricing for all the items of the home and present a total estimated cost to you.
Can we make changes to our custom home during the building process?
We aim to do a thorough job of planning in order to limit the changes needed during construction. However sometimes despite our best efforts there are things that don’t look the same in real life as they do on a drawing.
Can you make my home energy efficient?
Absolutely! We pride ourselves in building energy efficient homes.
I don’t have any designs or plans in mind. What do I do?
Don’t worry. We are happy to guide you through the process of designing your home. We will work together with you and our designer to plan a house that is within your budget and fits your needs.
Once I sign contracts, will the price change?
Due to current market conditions prices are constantly changing. We will keep you updated throughout the project so there aren’t any surprises.
How do I keep track of the progress of my home?
The project schedule is updated through our job management software, Coconstruct.
