The Reimer Project Path guides you from the initial consultation and preliminary plans to the preconstruction services agreement and project scheduling. 

We have been building custom homes for over 15 years.

Yes. We can work together with you and your realtor to find the best property to build on. 

We will fix items that are covered under our new home warranty. If something breaks after the warranty, please let us know. We will either fix it for a fee or refer you to someone who can help you out.

We are fully insured. 

The majority of the communication will happen via our job management system. Of course we are always available to communicate via phone or in person.

Yes. We have built long-term relationships with the most highly qualified contractors that meet our high standards for quality and reliability.

Determining the cost of a home varies greatly depending on the size and the types of finishes. Once the home design is done we will gather pricing for all the items of the home and present a total estimated cost to you.

We aim to do a thorough job of planning in order to limit the changes needed during construction. However, sometimes, despite our best efforts, there are things that don’t look the same in real life as they do on a drawing. We can make changes if the need arises.

Absolutely! We pride ourselves on building energy-efficient homes.

Don’t worry. We are happy to guide you through the process of designing your home. We will work together with you and our designer to plan a house that is within your budget and fits your needs.

Due to current market conditions prices are constantly changing. We will keep you updated throughout the project so there aren’t any surprises. 

We provide weekly updates on the progress of your home.
