This custom-built agricultural structure is a strong example of Reimer Construction’s commitment to durable materials, thoughtful detailing, and long-term performance. The exterior features a galvanized metal roof, chosen for its longevity, low maintenance, and excellent performance in all weather conditions. Complementing the roof is painted red metal siding with hidden fasteners, creating clean, uninterrupted lines while enhancing weather resistance and durability. The result is a timeless barn appearance with a refined, modern finish. 

Inside, the structure is lined with rough hemlock boards, adding warmth, character, and a natural texture that reflects traditional craftsmanship. Structural integrity is reinforced with a custom red painted steel beam, engineered to support the floor system while remaining an intentional visual feature within the space. This blend of wood and steel highlights Reimer Construction’s ability to integrate strength with thoughtful design. 

The front verandah is constructed using post and beam construction, offering both structural robustness and classic appeal. This feature not only enhances the building’s presence but also provides a functional covered space that suits a variety of agricultural or utility needs. 

Custom-made cupolas crown the roofline, improving ventilation while adding a distinctive architectural detail. Below grade, underground power keeps services protected and out of sight, contributing to a clean, uncluttered exterior. For added reliability, the building is equipped with an automatic standby generator, ensuring uninterrupted operation and peace of mind in the event of power outages.
